RELIANCE DIGITAL - Tampered Package Delivered

I have ordered smart watch online. I received opened package with manufacturer seals broken. The watch also looks used with protective films missing from the watch front touch screen and back sensors. I immediately registered complaint on the same day of delivery, requesting to take return and replace with genuine new product in sealed package. I also regularly followed-up over phone and email. After ** days I got a reply, asking me to do "Tech Check" on the tampered item. From the reply it appears that they accept it as regular practice in the company to send tampered items as it is online order and customer cannot check it before delivery. This is very unethical business practice which needs to be stopped. I wish to caution other would be customers intending to purchase online due to Covid-** situation. Customer support is a nightmare in this company and I am still struggling hard to get the replacement.
