Hi,
I am writing to you with utter disappointment about my product replacement policy. I spoke to your CSR, Ishika Mehra, about the issue (headphones not working within ** days of purchase* regarding my product. I live in a city called as KARWAR , Karnataka. And the nearest customer service center suggested to me was Hubli which is ***kms from here and I am being asked to go to the service center to get the product checked as per your "policy". This policy is ridiculous and is a plain insult to customer as the cost of the product is Rs.***. Driving to the the service center and back itself would cost me above Rs.**** so what's the point. Also, this policy threatens my life because even after requesting to get the product replaced online the CSR was adamant enough to not agree and tell me to visit the service center only despite the COVID situation in the country. Is this what a customer gets after putting his faith in SONY ?? This shall not be tolerated and a complaint shall be registered at the Consumer court if my headphones are not replaced. Kindly consider this as a warning against your ridiculous policies.
