Eureka Forbes - Service not provided

I called the eureka Forbes for service at first as the product was not working on July ** **** but they came on August * **** and diagnoised that the adapter was not working and it needs to be replaced and told us that they have raised the issue regarding the adapter. But the issue was not raised. I raised the issue on *th August **** and the service executive was assigned very late on ** August after complaining again on *th August **** for the work. But the issue was not resolved. In the mean time I spoke and called many times the the customer care response is the same every time and it proved nothing.

Now as one month was already passed and the complaint automatically got closed from the eureka Forbes app.

So I called them and spoke to them and they apologised for the delay and took a service request on **th September **** and I called multiple times and the same thing happened this time.

Again I had to register a service complaint on *th October and called them multiple times even tried to speak to Bhanu Prakash who is the main concerned person located in mysore but he never receives the call. I spoke to the customer service in that month and they somehow told me that this will be resolved immediately and after that call within * minutes a technician by the name sudip calls me and tells me that Bhanu prakash has told that the product part will be replaced next week.

I Waited and nothing happened. The concerned executive on the eureka Forbes app was Mr Rangaswamy M S who doesn't even pick the call. I called him multiple times and finally one more month is gone and the service complaint gets closed again after a month.

On November * ****, I registered a complaint. But no one visits this time. I somehow found the number of BVK authorised service center located in Kushalnagar, karnataka and spoke to them and the person connected me to Sudip a technician, the one who had called me earlier and told that he will come and fix it. Now he says that Bhanu Prakash form mysore has not sent the parts for repair and he can't do anything. I told its your duty to call and get the products but he tells me its not his responsibility and when I told I will go to consumer court, he tells me if you want to go to consumer court, please go ahead and complain.
