I am facing issue with structural defect with the product i purchased in June **** so I had raised complaint [**********]regarding vacuum steem on **th OCT, a technician came on **st OCT and said since this product is in warranty so contact salesman and ask for replacement which i did but salesman[Raghu] is so stubborn that at first he said he will replace by sending mail and after that he stopped picking my call and replying to my message. and he was the one who promised that if any structural damage happens he will replace it. So kindly take action against this fraud sales person of yours for lying to customers and selling products.
When i am calling customer care to atleast send technician to repair since the product is still in warranty but they are saying they don't know when technician would come.
I have called several times and again and again i get the same reply, i even tried to escalate this issue by sending mail to Deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com and ceo@eurekaforbes.co.in but they are just sending automatic replies.
