Zoomcar - Service Denied and no refund by Zoomcar

I had booked a Zoomcar on Nov **,**** for the booking date Nov **,****(* days in advance). On the morning of Nov **,****, I'm informed by the Zoomcar team that they cannot deliver the car to me as promised and were asking me to go to a location **-** km away to pick up the car myself(my booking included a fee for home delivery). Since I do not have a mean of transport, I could not go to pick up the car. So they cancelled my booking and promised me a refund by Nov **,****(pls see attached email communication). When the refund did not happen for a week, I called up their customer care and was informed that the refund will take up to ** working days. So, first they denied me a promised service for which they had committed. This had already put me at a lot of inconvenience with regard to my scheduled plan. On top of that they're holding my money for ** days when a refund was promised in one day.
