This is further regarding battery that I purchased for my MI redmi * phone vide ORDER # ***-*******-*******. This is to draw your attention further that I received a call from Mr. Nikhil of amazon customer relations team . He informed that amazon has received the images of the authorised service record and the damages caused to my phone . He is bargaining the compensation to less half the price of my phone i.e Rs. **** stating that the model was * years back. This is a complete lie as the model was launched in india *.* years back and my phone was only * year * months old. I have the invoice of the same and i can share it if required . I was instructed to get the damage confirmed from Mi service centre which has cost me another Rs. ***. He is not ready to compensate that also. This is enough that I have suffered purchasing from amazon. If I do not receive the refund of price of the phone, price of the battery which i ordered, and the service charge to get my phone inspected within ** hours , I will be bound to take legal action against amazon and the seller . I have complete recording of the phone call in which Mr. Nikhil can be heard bargaining the compensation. I have the invoice of the battery which was purchased from amazon and each and every proof. If the refund is not received, I shall take help of social media and my youtube channel to bring this thing to public notice and make this viral along with the call recording which is sure to Spoil the reputation of amazon and cause loss in sales worth lakhs of rupees. Will try from my end to push the figure to crores. It is now time for amazon whereas to harass the customer unnecessarily or to save their reputation. Parallaly, legal action will also be taken so that amazon does not dare to do this with any other customer .
