UBER - Scammed by Airport Uber at 3 AM

I would like to lodge a complaint against Uber(and the driver) for service exploitation and fraudulent practices.

I was traveling from Bangalore to Delhi on the *nd Of November ****. After reaching Delhi at around *:** AM night, I booked my Uber ride at *:** AM from IGI airport T* for a charge of approx Rs ***, when I moved my belongings into the car, I was asked by the driver (Niranjan) to cancel the cab and book it with Cash(Earlier I booked with my credit card), I was not in favor but he insisted that he needs Oil money so I obliged.

Now upon cancellation and rebook the new price was ***.** as per the application of which I took a screenshot as well to share the ride details with my mother. I was half asleep as it was almost *:** AM but when I reach home, the driver said the app is asking to pay Rs**** for a distance of **.* Km. This was all for interstate travel as the arrival and destination point are both well within the state/City boundaries.

Starting Location: IGI Airport T* Uber pick up zone
Destination: Saraswati VIhar, Pitampura, Delhi- ******

Now when I reviewed the fare and ride details from the cab, I noticed that path that the driver took was more than THREE TIMES the required distance. I will attach the screenshot with your team, it is very clear what the Driver's Motives were. After the distance scam somehow there were more than * hidden charges which were not there at the time of booking of which I will attach a screenshot.

The ride receipt showed the following components,

Base Fare - ** Rs

Distance: *** Rs (Already mentioned above that is Fraudulent)
Distance Sub charge: *** Rs (This comes into play after a distance of **.** KM, Uber Policy states that for every Km there will be an extra charge of *.**Rs/KM and as I mentioned above this shortest route was **.* KM)

Subtotal: **** Rs

MCD TAX: *** Rs (The travel was interstate travel from IGI Airport to Pitampura so I am not sure how this came into effect)
MCD TAX(Again): *** Rs (The travel was interstate travel from IGI Airport to Pitampura so I am not sure how this came into effect)

Booking Fee: ** Rs

T* Picking up Charge: *** Rs ( There was no mention of any such charge prior and after booking. I am not sure what they meant by T* pickup up here, if it regarding Terminal, I was traveling for T*)

CGST: **.** Rs
SGST: **.** Rs
Amount Charged: ****

Now as I mentioned earlier this was * times the initial charge shown on the application. Kindly look into my complaint and let me know if there is any other information required from my end.
