purchased a Samsung S series (S** Ultra) phone by spending a huge amount, expecting premium quality. After a software update, the display developed green/white lines, making the phone unusable.
Despite repeated follow-ups with Samsung service, my problem was not resolved. Instead, I was made to wait and suffer without any proper solution.
Because of this defect and poor response:
I lost ** days of my job as my phone was unusable.
I suffered mental harassment and stress due to constant follow-ups.
I lost valuable data and work opportunities.
Immediate free replacement of the defective display.
*. Full compensation for my job loss and mental harassment – I demand ₹*,**,*** (Two Lakh Rupees) as compensation.
*. Strict action against Samsung for negligence and mental torture to customers.
