I approached Samsung Servce centre *-A-**, near Amar Panjabi Dhaba, Talwandi, Kota, Rajasthan ******
For universal issue of Black Line coming in centre.
*. The service guy inspected the phone and there was no external damage anywhere.
They were pushing towards utilizing the Insurance amount for replacing the Screen.
*. We refused and took back the Phone.
*. When we reached home we saw a external damage near LCD Panel.
*. As usual they clearly refused it has happneed during thier inspection.
*. Phone is only * Months Old.
*. I should get complete new phone from Service guys.
*. Complaint number was closed after confrontation.
