Hi ,
I had ordered a bunch of clothes from Myntra and out of those, two products- a saree and one Kurti did not have any brand or pricetag. when I tried to return these products, Their customer service told me to select the reason called “received completely different product” as only this reason had the option of selecting brand tag price tag not available.
However the back end team rejected this reason of return because they said the product images I had sent matched the Myntra image. Inspite of calling them multiple times and explaining to them that I was only following their own advice, they rejected my return.
A lot of effort went into this from me calling them multiple times over a period of a week plus Speaking to their supervisors over a **-** minute call each day, they all assured me that they would record all the necessary information and pass it on to the back end team but sadly none of the information I gave was utilised or considered.
Finally I produced my main evidence. A video evidence I had taken during the opening of each Myntra product. I take a video recording of each Myntra product opening as a safety measure and in that it was clearly visible that both these products neither had a brand of pricetag. Each video is ** seconds to * minute long.
when I sent this video evidence to their support@myntra.com email ID they did not bother to reply. Instead they quietly closed the return requests on the website stating a generic reply that “Myntra does stringent quality checks and hence the products are always dispatched with price and brand tags” and so with this response they refuse to entertain my return request anymore
This was sheer harassment of me plus a lot of wrong advice from their team and disregarding the video evidence which I had, so I want to file for harassment and mental agony.
The value of the product is small. It may be around **** bucks but The way they disregarded my video evidence and completely ignored all the efforts I took to call ateast an hour to two hours each day and explain the issue to all of them is what am upset about. This has caused me mental agony and anxiety.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
