I order Kushals fashion jewelry from Myntra, I received empty package without anything, I called customer care as soon as I opened the package, they raised complaint for investigation, from first complaint they mentioned like "We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return/refund request for this product based on the following details:
Product went through the mandatory quality check.
The product was sealed in a tamper-proof packaging.
No instance of package tampering was reported."
After I caller them again they raised one complaint for re-Investigation again they mentioned the same like above.
After I called them, but I did not get any proper response, their interaction with customer is very poor, they are not tying to give resolution they just mentioned the same thing like recorded call.
The amount is also huge. I am not sure what will I do next. I am really very frustrated from Myntra service. Please help me to get refund on this product.
