Myntra - Issue with return pickup of product

I placed return pickup of incorrect product which was delivered to me on ***-Feb and had been continuously following with Myntra people on regular basis but still issue is not resolved and I’ve been provided with blunt responses stating “you will receive update from us in next **-** hours”
