I ordered a clara sterling silver ring from myntra on **th feb and received the package on **th february, however when i checked inside, only the clara box was present, there was no ring.
i contacted the myntra customer service and let them know the entire situation, they apologized and said they'll come up with a resolution but since then, they haven't been of any help.
all they say is, the package underwent necessary security checks, and hence they declined my issue.
i've lost *k to this.
i need my ring or my refund back.
