im writing this email due to delay of my refund amount of *** DAWATBASMATI RICE *KGS product . order no MVZO-*********-******.

TODAY morning at **.am November **th delivery executive had picked up my return order .. but he didn't marked that item was delivered .. due to his negligence my amount of *** rs not credited to my wallet ..

please resolve my issue!!!
