My big basket account suddenly froze i called for help they didn’t explain properly so i was like okayy . Now the problem is my wallet has ***+ which im asking them to return to my bank account. Customer service poor , not picking up my call . Even at * pm . Wrote them multiple emails no response . So i had to complaint like this , im a student studying to be a doctor , i dont have so much time to call again and again and email again and again they already wasted alot of my precious time .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
