**Issue**: Received a company-locked device (not usable by retail customers)
**Complaint Description**:
I purchased an Apple MacBook Pro from RelianceDigital.in on **May *, ******, and it was delivered on **May *, ******. Upon powering on the device, I received the following message:
> **"This Mac is owned by: Viacom ** Media Private Limited"**
> The device was under remote management and could only be accessed by Viacom** employees.
This indicates that the product is a **company-owned/enterprise-managed laptop**, not a new retail unit. As a consumer, I cannot use this device, and this constitutes **mis-selling of a locked corporate asset**.
On **May *, ******, I raised a return request. Since then:
* I have made ****–** calls** to their customer service.
* I followed all escalation steps listed on their website:
* Sent screenshots and product photos via email.
* Escalated the issue to the **Customer Service Head ([cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com](mailto:cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com))**.
* Further escalated to **BM Bade (CEO contact as listed)**.
* Despite all efforts, I have **not received any resolution**.
* Each time I call, I get the same response: “Your request is in process.”
**It has now been over * weeks (as of May **, ****)**, and no progress has been made toward processing the return or initiating a refund.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused me both financial stress and inconvenience. I am seeking either a **full refund** or an **immediate replacement with a valid, retail MacBook Pro**.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
