I have received the product on ** of November and considering it was very loose for me to wear, I tried looking for a replacement. However, since the product was no longer available, the team accepted return.
It's been a month and the product is still not picked up yet. The delivery guy arrives at my location and finding me unavailable marks the package as "Quality check failed".
At one point of time, the delivery guy picked up the package and returned it without checking it's quality. When asked by the delivery guy to re-raise the pickup again, the company refused to do so considering the comment shared by the delivery guy.
Now, when I reach the company again to create a new return request, they use another excuse to share images of the product while I am away from home. This should have been taken care at the backend rather than troubling me for a month.
I have been very stressed and sad with the customer service the company is providing.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
