i ordered an item of wishful by w suit set on ** apr.,but on ** apr it was delivered to me in defective condition.with in half an hour i raised return request but till now it is on hold...since *may they rejected my return told me with many reason..but from * nd may it is on hold..daily i call customer care,their excalation team also..but daily i got same answer wait till end of the day.
