Hi Nilesh,
I have ordered * products from Nykaa (order number- *******, which were replaceable. I initially requested for refund. But your team mentioned it is not refundable. As per the policy it is replaceable. But your team has denied for replacement as well as they don't have stock. My product is worth ****/-.
Kindly help with the resolution. I don't want to waste my money on a product which is not worth in terms of quality and size.
