Guru Magavi filed complaint against RELIANCE DIGITAL on May 12, 2022
WIth reference to my order with Reliance Digital Website Order number RDF******** placed on **th April **** for 'Realme **.** cm (**.* inch) LTE Pad * GB RAM, ** GB, Real Grey' and one other item.
I did not receive the said item (Realme Pad) till the **th of April **** and hence I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
The said item was not delivered to me and returned to the warehouse while in transit.
I have not received the refund for the said item till date.
I raised a complaint for the same on **th of April **** vide Complaint No. ********.
I have been calling the customer care every other day since then and they have been dodging saying that the item has not reached the warehouse or please wait for ** hours or ** hours or the Backend is working on the case and so on.
I have not received a single message/call or email from Reliance Digital w.r.t. my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
