Planetspark - Refusal to refund the money Breach of terms and conditions

Subject: Notification Regarding Legal Notice

Dear PlanetSpark Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my child Mithra's enrollment in the "Public Speaking and Creative Writing" program and to seek a full refund of the associated fees.

Upon reviewing your refund policy, I understand that only *:* enrollments are eligible for a refund of unconsumed classes, subject to the cancellation charges outlined. It is noted that no refund or cancellation is permitted once the customer has consumed five or more classes of a course.

Unfortunately, this critical information was not communicated to me by the salesperson, Gunjan Mahajan, at the time of enrollment. Rather, I was promised a refund of the full fees excluding the consumed classes. This amounts to false information about the product and a fabrication of the terms and conditions just to sell the product. This act by the PlanetSpark executive constitutes fraudulent activity, which will lead to legal implications.

Additionally, after the insistence of Mrs. Divya Chabra to attend the demo class before proceeding with the cancellation, and in view of potentially losing Rs **,*** as per the refund policy of PlanetSpark, we went ahead with the demo class. After the classes from both teachers, we found that the standard of the classes was meant for intermediate-level English speakers, and our child did not understand anything. Therefore, we are again claiming the refund, which is within the terms and conditions of PlanetSpark.

Most importantly, I have recently discovered that PlanetSpark has violated its own terms and conditions by enrolling a minor below the age of ** years. As stated in your terms of use, minors under the age of ** are not permitted to use the platform. This significant oversight on PlanetSpark’s part warrants a full refund of the fees paid.

After creating the account and exploring the software interface, we found it unsatisfactory and not user-friendly. Moreover, the fee of **,*** rupees for "content and platform access" appears to be unreasonable.

In light of these factors, we must withdraw Mithra from the program. While we have appreciated the quality of instruction and resources provided by PlanetSpark, we must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in your policy.

Could you please process the cancellation of my child's enrollment and initiate the refund process? Kindly confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeline for the refund.
