ZoomCar - Refunds pending

I have made * bookings with Zoomcar on Feb ** and ** with an offer for ***% refund on cancellation. However Zoomcar is not returning my money post cancellations. Everytime I called them got response as it will be credited in * weeks. I have raised query on app as well and haven't got any response. Now they are not accepting any calls for past bookings. It says I don't have any ongoing bookings. Its been * months I am waiting for my total refund of *****.
In this crucial COVID times, Zoomcar has kept our hard earned money and there haven't been any proactive communications or assurance regarding the same.
