I contacted Nykaa support through telephone so many times on **th Jan then **th Jan, even **th Jan for the refund iof * orders that were delivered on **th and **th Jan.
There is no way in the Nykaa Fashion app to reach out to help centre. Then I contacted Nykaa and they give me their email id. Hence sent an email to them and submitted the phone record also to them where they can check the records, how many times i tried to reach out to customer service. Either they didnt pick up or disconnected or put me on hold indefinitely to check the issue. On **th Jan, one executive finally responded to my call and accepted the return request of * items and left these * orders as were more priced. The cheaper ones she accepted, and left out these two.
I have sent so many request as the delay is not from my side, the customer service didn't respond timely. I have called and spoken to customer service * times on **th Jan. I have attached my phone record also to them. But they are sending standard reply and not giving any attention to the concern. Every time they reply that * days return window is closed and not paying attention. When no one responded, had to send an email.But that also same response. Really seek my refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
