I booked a bus ticket from redbus.The bus operator changed boarding point and I notified my disability to reach to new site.
I have given notification with proofs of the issue yet they are taking me on a ride.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
