Hlw Concern,
I have mkstakenly confirm a ticket from Goa to Kolkata for **th Januari,**** instead of **th of January,**** due to site issue and for that I also connect with Indigo Customer Care to recorrect the issue within a hour after confirming the ticket,at that time they asked me to got a new PNR within ** hour then they will full refund me the previous PNR amount.I got a new PNR as they said, but now they refusing me provide full refund of old PNR by giving the excuse that i should inform them within * hour.They wont listen anything.
Kindly help me out. Being a prestigious airline do not cheat a valuable customer.
