Clear Trip flights - Refund not yet received for seat blocking that was cancelled automatically

I had done my web checkin and even blocked the XL window seat where i had paid Rs. *,***/- which got automatically canceled. On speaking to Indigo airlines, I was told that they have already processed my refund amount of Rs. *,***/- on **th April itself to Clear Trip through whom I had done the seat booking. They have informed me that since my refund has already been credited back to Clear Trip they will refund my amount back of Rs. *,***/- Post that I have been chasing the entire team of Clear Trip since the last * days and they are only beating around the bush and haven't processed my refund yet. I have been mentally tortured since the last * days to get my refund back but they are not giving me any favorable response. I need help to get this issue sorted and I need my refund back of Rs. *,***/- which is already with Clear Trip sent by Indogo airlines.
