Hi, I had taken a ride with Uber on *rd July, the estimated fare for which was ***.**. I was charged Rs. ****.**. Since my Paytm account only had *** rupees in it, *** were deducted by Uber. I complained about the discrepancy between the amounts of *** and **** and Uber corrected the charge, and revised the amount payable to rs ***, I was promised a refund within * days. However, it has been over a week and I have not received the refund of rs. *** till now. Ubers customer care is completely automated and therefore no executive is handling my case or looking into this concern.
