Booked flight tickets from ClearTrip for Kolkata to Penang and return on **-Sept-**** (Trip ID ***********). Carried the issued e-ticket from CT for travel. But at airport i had to pay extra INR **** at kolkata airport and also ***.** MYR (INR ****) at penang airport towards AIRASIA for my check-in baggage. But as per the ticket issued to me it had clearly mentioned that check-in baggage allowance is **Kg per adult. I still haven't got any resolution to this harrasment even after constant follow ups. I have all the relevant documents with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
