Hi, I booked a car TUV *** with booking id JPSNCBW*U on **/**/****. But I didn't receive the car as the host of the car stated that the car is not available, hence I had to cancel the booking and did the same on **/**/****. After that I raised a help ticket for refund on **/**/**** and since then I have raised three help tickets, and these tickets get resolved but I am yet to receive any refund and there is no clear update on when my money would be refunded.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
