Redbus.in - Refund not provided

I faced multiple problems on the bus while travelling. It was booked through redbus.in. I registered a complaint (ref. no. *******) with redbus to get my money refunded but today the executive denied for it.
I booked ticket from redbus on *nd March ****. Bus was from Delhi to Prayagraj. I am mentioning problem Details here:
Bus staff was very rude.
It was an AC bus but blower was not working. Bus staff denied starting blower. We faced humidity.
Blankets provided by them were smelling bad.
The bus had internal washroom facility but bus staff didn't allow us to use it.
Bus rest stoppage was too dirty. Rest stoppage had only * common washroom for male-female both.
