I have rented a car at ZoomCar, a car rental company for a one way trip from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada on **-**-**** ( *PM) to **-**-**** (** PM) for which they have charged a security deposit of Rs**** /_ while booking the car along with the booking amount and they have given the car with fuel not sufficient for the trip. So I have spent Rs**** /- for fuel which they promised to refund before ** days. And also they have given me a Maruthi Swift car, but I booked for a Maruthi Brezza car for which they have reduced Rs ** /- as a vehicle downgrade was given. So I should receive a total refund of Rs **** /- with in ** days from date of completion of booking. But its been over ** days and I have contacted customer care and mailed them many times but of no use ..I request Voxya to look into my case and resolve my problem.. My booking wth Zoomcar is : JPS*NDBYR
