I order crocs sandals in the Nykaa fashion on **/**/**** with partial amount from GPay and **** from Gift card. The order was unsuccessful but money from the bank account and the gift voucher balance was debited.. After so many follow up with the customer care service, my money was credited back to my Gpay account but my gift card balance is not refunded back.. I contacted the customer service for more tha ** times via chat, call and email but the issue is still not resolved and their customer service is hell.. I really don't how long I have to wait to get it back..
