The refund has still not been done for the ticket booked on * May ****. The Redbus has given me a false email regarding the calculative figure of total amount to be refunded ahead of bus cancellation by the operator. Ticket no. *********** for the seat no **. Even I didn't get the insured money from Acko travel insurance.
Bus operator: royal tour and travel.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
