Naman filed complaint against Tira Beauty on Aug 31, 2025
It has been around ** days that my return was picked and till now I have not been given my refund I have been told by the company that there has been a technical glitch everytime I asked about the refund. Due to that my money is stuck and I am not able to buy anything till then. Also they said they can't enen compensate for my loss. Due to the delay I am not able to buy other product. Also calling the customer service daily has been very harrassing. It has cause waste of time and mental health has been disturbed. On top of that the customer service team is careless. They disconnected the call many times. This has been very irritating and caused mental disturbance.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
