Tira Beauty - Package was not delivered to me

So I ordered a trimmer and a deodorant, and by the help of coupon i was getting a perfume free with the products. I ordered this on **th September ****. But in the portal of tira beauty it shows that it has been delivered to me on **th September, but I haven't received the order. Then i talked to the customer care and they showed me screenshot where a guy named Sendu GRD has received it and has a signature next to it. So I asked in my building if anyone has received the parcel but apparently there is no one named as Sendu GRD in my building. And the thing is that when I got the message that the order has been delivered I rushed to the balcony to see if there is anyone outside but there was no one, neither did any delivery boy came to by building, nor did i received any otp to share to the delivery partner . In the portal it shows that the product is delivered but it was not delivered to me, and i have been in contact with their customer support but they are not replying anymore, they asked for * days but it has been more than ** days and i have not heard from them even after back to back emails.
