I ordered * items on Tira, one of the items was "the balm cosmetics Bahama mama bronzer". There was a free item with it "the balm hot mama shadow and blush" . The order arrived after * days of delay. When I opened the box, the free item " The balm hot mama shadow and blush" was missing. I contacted the customer support hoping they'll help, but it was in vain. After attempting to resolve the issue on chat, i called for like *-* times, they kept disconnecting the calls, and finally they offered *** points in return. That is how I got scammed.
