I placed an order with Tira Beauty.

When I received the package, TWO product was missing. I immediately raised a complaint through email and provided all required details. However, Tira Beauty rejected my refund/replacement request without proper reason, even though I clearly did not receive the product.
This is a serious case of deficiency in service and unfair business practice. I paid for the item and Tira Beauty failed to deliver it. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
