So I ordered item(Benefit cosmetics primer) on July **th, and I received product on July **th. It has been ** days and the order is not marked delivered. Due to which, I am not able to raise return. The customer support team keeps creating new tickets without solving the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
