I have received a product that I returned to tira it was huda beauty loose powder cost ₹**** but after so many complaints request text calls tira just say we are looking into it but my money is blocked and i have no product either I raised my return request product was picked up but not shown in the app they keep making tickets but not doing anything i have other works to do I can’t just text them or call them regarding my refund it just not only blocked my money but also wasting my time and mentally torturing me by not giving satisfactory answers
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
