Sayed Jakeer Hussain filed complaint against Redbus.in on Feb 4, 2020
Transaction failed due to some reason and the should have been refunded asap but even after a months waiting no refund credited. Multiple emails/calls but no resolution.
Redbus says to check with Bank and sharing reference numbers etc,
Bank says they cannot investigate as it is more than ** days older. How will this be resolved?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
