I placed an order for Safe STB Vst ***d Stabilizer on **/**/****, which was automatically cancelled on **/**/****. I received a message stating that the refund was initiated and would reflect in a maximum of ** days. However, it has now been ** days, and I have yet to see the refunded amount credited to my account.
I have tried reaching out to your customer service team multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any resolution or update on the status of my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
