Purplle - Refund not credited

I've ordered some products from purplle on **th od dec**** through prepaid and cancelled it at the same time as i wanted to add some more items and ordered again through cod. Since then purplle company have told me that they've refunded my money on **th of dec **** i.e.the next day of my cancellation date. Now the problem is today is **th of fec **** and the amount has still not credited in my account and the customer care person told me to go to my bank and raise a dispute and again the bank manager told me it should be refunded by purplle and it's not credited still. So, kindly hoping again till today that my money will be reflected. Even though it is Rs.*** only it means a lot me. Kindly do the needful. Thank you
