I received a damaged and delayed product from my recent order. I had ordered on **th September ****, and it was supposed to arrive by **th September, but I actually received it on **th September ****.
The product, Blue Heaven Intense Matte Lipstick(shade - cherry cheer), arrived broken from the base. As soon as I opened the cap, the lipstick fell off from the bottom, and the top part of the lipstick is melted. The lipstick also did not come in any separate Blue Heaven box.
This product is completely unusable in this condition. I have uploaded clear photos showing the damaged lipstick, the invoice, and the outer package together.
Despite uploading photos several times, my return request was rejected repeatedly. I am requesting you to please review my complaint again and arrange for an immediate replacement or refund of this damaged product.
