Order placed on **th sept **** and it's despatch from bhubaneswar to balikuda, Jagatsinghpur after some day I checked my phone for where my order is? Then I came to know that my order already delivered on **st sept **** ..i ordered a serum from purplle.com ...when I check that site for information... I don't talk properly to there customer service or even their delivery partner....there is no official number to contact them.....i didn't receive any call for my order
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
