purplle - wrong product refund not credited

I ordered shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and face wash from the Purplle app. However, instead of these products, I received an innerwear item which is completely unrelated to my order and not a Purplle product.
This is a serious delivery mistake. I raised a complaint and requested a refund, but my request was rejected without proper resolution.
Since I received a totally wrong product, I request an immediate full refund or correct replacement.
