Byjus - Refund and return denied

This order was done on **/**/**. The representative told us we would have * months of time to return it. We checked the t&c it was given that of ** days return policy.
Later when we called back to them within ** days we were quite busy at that time so we were unable to take this issue.
We contacted them within ** days again for the return. They had told you still have *+ month please use and try since we were soft enough we got away after that. Soon later after a month or so we contacted them for the refund by returning it. Now they changed the plate and told we can't return it since the return policy is done. After this call, I have clearly recorded all the further calls due to these atrocities faced by them.
