I purchased a course for my son in Byjus with the education loan from incred in ****. Later I foreclosure the loan in ****. But till now the loan is not closed. Every month I am getting the mail from INCRED that "Loan Status open as on **th Mar'** is being reported to CICs in line with RBI norms."
Because of this I lost my CIBIL score. Byjus contact number is not working. Kindly help me if anyone know how to get out of this issue.
