Byjus - Cours fees paid fully Incedo not informed

Complete course fees has been paid to Byjus last October and the finance company Incedo not informed and they keep sending RBI that I haven’t paid their loan and today I received a sms that I need to pay **** on *th September. One of the call centre works and their email has no response
