Hello Team,
We purchased the UPSC IAS preparation course (Registered Phone No.: **********) on **/**/**** for an amount of ***** out of which **** was paid at the time and the remaining amount of ***** was on EMI basis issued by their finance partner Incred Financial with a cancellation policy for a full refund within ** Days from the date of material delivery and got the study material on **/**/****.
On **/**/****, we requested the cancellation of the course and return pickup for the Tab was done on **/**/**** (Delhivery: *************) We have also informed them about the upcoming EMI but they haven't taken any action due to which one of the EMI was bounced and they didn't care about the bounce charges by our bank.
After multiple follow ups and visits to the offline tuition centre, we received the refund of *,*** to our account on **/**/****, but the loan account is still pending which we attempted multiple times to get the NOC but no proper response, we're not getting any sms/emails for EMI deductions, so we ignored this thinking it would be closed. But to our surprise, we received an SMS for the due payment on **/**/****, and upon checking the Credit Report, the loan account is still active, the due amount kept on piling up and the credit score was drastically impacted.
We request them to instruct the financier Incred Financial to update their system as no dues are pending, correct the Credit reports, and issue the NOC at the earliest possible but no response so far and this is pending since more than a year.
