I purchased byjus tablet learning course. The device suddenly stopped reading the memory card. The card showed same type of error on all devices that I tried. So I raised a replacement request and received a new one but the same error repeats. Even after multiple mails and phone calls, there is no response from the company while they are correctly deducting the money that I should pay as EMI. When I'm not able to avail their service for more than * months, why should I be paying them? Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
